Moore Hong Kong is now in its 34th year in Hong Kong, having been established back in 1975. Its early clients were principally maritime in nature, a reflection of the international firm’s long relationship with the shipping industry. The firm still has considerable shipping expertise and acts for a number of substantial shipowners, ship operators and those providing related services, but the client base has grown and expanded over the years to encompass most kinds of business operation.

Clients include listed and unlisted groups, as well as large, medium and small companies, covering a wide variety of businesses including shipping, insurance, electronics manufacturing and distribution, property development, textiles, clothing, solicitors, financial services, professional organisations - in fact, most of the sectors of industry and finance found in a major financial centre.

The firm has participated in several listing and re-listing exercises and has several listed company clients.
